Job Description
Manage and supervise a team of 25-30 landscapers, coordinating daily operations to ensure all job sites are running smoothly. Report to the shop in Delaware County every morning and use a company vehicle to visit active job sites. Communicate effectively with clients, addressing any concerns or issues, and ensure all projects meet quality standards and are completed on time. Collaborate with owners to plan and execute maintenance schedules while maintaining accurate records of project progress and worker performance.
