Are you hands-on, detail-driven, and ready to work in a fast-paced production environment? As a Fiberglass Laminator, you’ll play a key role in crafting high-quality components for marine vessels. You’ll work with molds, resins, and fiberglass materials to ensure strength, durability, and precision in every part produced.

🛠️ Key ResponsibilitiesPrepare molds and raw materials for productionSpray or lay fiberglass sheets onto molds using chop guns or hand toolsPress and roll layers to eliminate air bubbles and ensure smooth finishesMix resins and remove cured products from moldsUse mil gauges to verify material thicknessMaintain a clean and organized work areaOperate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material handling equipmentFollow safety protocols and wear PPE including respirators, gloves, and aprons✅ What You BringHigh school diploma or GED, or 1+ year of related experienceBasic computer skills and ability to follow written/verbal instructionsStrong attention to detail and ability to work in a physically demanding environmentComfortable working in hot, humid, and noisy conditionsAbility to lift up to 35 lbs and perform tasks such as bending, kneeling, and climbingMarine or manufacturing experience is a plus—but not required!💡Why You’ll Love It HereBe part of a skilled and passionate teamHands-on work with real impactOpportunities for growth and skill developmentCompetitive pay and benefitsA dynamic environment where your contributions matterApply today and take the next step in your career!Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $16.75 - $17.50/hr.
