**Job Title: Lamination Operator**
**Job Description**
As a Lamination Operator, you will be responsible for mixing adhesive according to specified formulas, performing first piece inspections, and setting up and operating machines in adherence to established procedures. This role also includes maintaining cleanliness of machines and surrounding areas to meet SQF standards, utilizing satellite containers for hazardous waste, and reporting quality issues for analysis and resolution. You will verify the correct calculation of adhesive amounts needed for jobs, manage impression rollers, and assist with adding adhesive, changing raw material rolls, and other substrates. Additionally, you will operate machines for break coverage and participate in Performance System activities.
**Responsibilities**
+ Mix adhesive according to formulas.
+ Perform first piece inspection.
+ Set up and operate machine according to procedures.
+ Maintain cleanliness of machines and work area to SQF standard.
+ Utilize satellite containers for hazardous waste.
+ Report quality issues for analysis and remedy.
+ Verify correct calculation of needed adhesive amount.
+ Verify and manage impression rollers.
+ Assist operator with adhesive addition and material handling.
+ Operate machine during break coverage.
+ Participate in Performance System activities such as audits and teams.
**Essential Skills**
+ 1+ year of machine operating experience.
+ Ability to lift up to 50lbs per day.
+ Proficiency in reading, writing, and speaking English.
+ Safety awareness when loading and unloading products.
+ Willingness to learn and grow within the role.
**Additional Skills & Qualifications**
+ Previous experience operating machines in packaging or GMP companies.
+ Lamination experience.
+ Experience setting up machinery.
+ Experience in corrugated packaging or printing.
+ Coating or solvent-based mixing/operating experience.
+ Training in safety protocols.
+ Ability to take measurements.

**Pay and Benefits**
The pay range for this position is $20.44 - $22.44/hr.
