Our client, a leading manufacturing organization, is seeking a Lamination Operator to join their team. As a Lamination Operator, you will be part of the production department supporting a dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, a commitment to quality, and the ability to work collaboratively, which will align successfully in the organization.
**Job Title:** Lamination Operator
**Location:** Bristol, IN
**Pay Range:**
**Shift:** 5am - 1:30 pm with OT
**What's the Job?**
+ Receive production assignments and follow instructions from supervisors.
+ Prepare and verify materials for lamination and production tasks.
+ Operate and monitor lamination machines, ensuring proper settings and continuous production flow.
+ Inspect laminated products regularly to detect any defects or quality issues.
+ Collaborate with team members to meet daily production goals.
**What's Needed?**
+ At least 4 years of experience in a manufacturing or production role.
+ Comfortable working on your feet for extended periods.
+ Ability to lift materials weighing up to 50 lbs.
+ Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
+ Flexibility to work overtime as required.
