**Job Title: Ladle Repair**
**Job Description**
A ladle repairer typically inspects, repairs, and maintains ladles, furnaces, and kilns using advanced refractory materials and repair techniques, often within a metal casting foundry environment.
**Responsibilities**
+ Inspect ladles, furnaces, and kilns for damage, defects, and wear, determining the extent of repairs needed.
+ Perform repairs and maintenance on ladles, including welding, patching, and lining with refractory materials.
**Essential Skills**
+ General labor
+ Foundry experience
+ Production and machine operation
+ Mechanical aptitude
**Additional Skills & Qualifications**
+ 2+ years of foundry, forge, steel, or construction experience
+ 2+ years of consistent work history
+ Use of or willingness to use a jackhammer
+ Ability to handle a physically demanding job

**Work Environment**
Work on the 3rd shift in a foundry setting, equipped with the necessary tools and equipment for ladle repair. The role requires adherence to safety standards and the ability to handle physically demanding tasks.
**Job Type & Location**
This is a Contract to Hire position based out of South Milwaukee, Wisconsin.
**Pay and Benefits**
The pay range for this position is $21.87 - $21.87/hr.
