We’re looking for a passionate RN Lactation Consultant (IBCLC) who believes breastfeeding support is powerful, personal, and life-changing. In this role, you’ll guide families through their feeding journey while serving as a trusted clinical expert and educator for our care teams.

What You’ll Do

Provide hands-on, evidence-based breastfeeding support to mothers and families

Educate and empower patients and staff with best practices in lactation care

Champion a welcoming, family-centered breastfeeding culture

Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to improve maternal and infant outcomes

What You Bring

BSN and active Missouri RN license

2+ years obstetrical or related inpatient/teaching experience

IBCLC certification

Current CPR and NRP certifications

Preferred

Spanish-English bilingual

Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Publisher experience
