**Skilled Laborer** **Description:** If you're looking for a skilled laborer position in construction and have experience with Pre-Engineered Metal Buildings (PEMB), then this is the position for you! We are seeking a skilled construction laborer to join our team and lead the assembly and installation of metal structures. The company is looking for candidates to start right away, so we will provide a rapid interview process to get you working as soon as possible! **Responsibilities:** + Assist in the assembly, installation, and maintenance of metal structures. + Cut, stage, and bolt materials into place based on blueprints. + Use hand tools such as pry bars, tin snips, pliers, ratchets, spud wrenches, hammers, levels, and speed squares. + Work safely from scissor lifts while following OSHA regulations, including PPE and harness use. **Essential Skills:** + 2+ years of general construction experience. + Ability to read and interpret blueprints. + Proficiency with hand and power tools. + Experience with welding, fabrication, and structural welding. + Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation. **Additional Skills & Qualifications:** + Welding experience is a plus but not required. **Why Work Here?** Enjoy year-round work with excellent benefits including health, dental, and vision insurance after 60 days, retirement plan and paid holidays after 90 days, and paid vacation after one year.
