**Job Title: Laborer** **Job Description** Join our team to perform essential repairs and maintenance on mobile office trailers. This role involves tasks such as framing, finish carpentry, electrical work, flooring, plumbing, painting, and other modular building repairs. You will ensure that all equipment, tools, and parts are properly stocked and maintained. Safety and cleanliness are top priorities as you provide courteous customer service and ensure trailers are ready for delivery. **Responsibilities** + Perform repairs to mobile office trailers including carpentry, electrical, flooring, plumbing, and painting. + Conduct light carpentry and electrical work, with some HVAC involvement. + Maintain proper inventory levels of equipment, tools, and parts. + Keep a clean and organized work area. + Ensure a safe work environment and practice safe work habits. + Provide courteous customer service, explaining repairs and services to customers. + Ensure trailers are ready for scheduled delivery dates. + Perform service-related tasks in the yard. + Conduct service calls in assigned branch territories. + Attend bi-monthly safety meetings. + Close-up multi-sectional units and ensure doors and windows are secured. + Assist in ordering materials and unloading deliveries. + Operate forklifts as needed. + Perform office maintenance and repairs. + Conduct system checks and maintenance on HVAC systems. + Ensure routine maintenance is performed according to schedules and procedures. **Essential Skills** + Interest in construction and working with hand tools. + Basic carpentry, electrical, plumbing, and HVAC skills. + Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment. + Good communication skills for customer interactions. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + High School diploma or equivalent. + Some knowledge of computers. + Yard, service technician, carpentry, plumbing, electrical, flooring, and maintenance skills. **Why Work Here?** We are a leading custom modular office company with a significant market share in the industry.
