**Job Title: Laborer** **Job Description** This position involves visiting commercial customer sites to install CO2 monitors, a task similar to installing a fire alarm. The role has been created due to new CO2 regulations. Installations are straightforward, involving low voltage work and the use of CAT 5 cabling. **Responsibilities** + Visit current customer sites to install CO2 monitors. + Perform light low voltage work similar to fire alarm installation. + Install monitors directly to systems using CAT 5 cabling. + Communicate politely with customers to explain the installation process. + Use a smartphone for GPS navigation and to document installations. + Drive around town frequently, covering approximately 400 miles a week. + Document mileage and expenses appropriately for reimbursement. **Essential Skills** + 2 years of experience in light construction, mechanical, or electrical work. + Ability to use a smartphone for GPS and documentation purposes. + Reliable transportation for travel up to 400 miles a week. + Possession of necessary tools and a ladder for installations. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Any low voltage or light electrical experience. + Experience driving for work purposes. + Ability to work independently with minimal supervision. + Experience documenting work using a cell phone. **Why Work Here?** Join a dynamic work environment where independence and honesty are valued.
