**Job Title: General Laborer** Job Description We are seeking a dedicated General Laborer to join our team. This role involves utilizing various tools to complete tasks and ensuring quality checks are performed consistently. The successful candidate will be responsible for keeping inventory of staged orders and must be comfortable lifting weights over 50 pounds and working outdoors in all weather conditions. Responsibilities + Utilize the drill press and hand saw to cut rail lines to length. + Read a tape measure accurately to the nearest 1/16 inch. + Perform quality checks to maintain high standards. + Keep an accurate inventory of staged orders. + Lift and handle objects weighing over 50 pounds. + Work outdoors regardless of weather conditions. Essential Skills + Experience with hand tools and power tools, including hand saws and drill presses. + Ability to consistently lift over 50 pounds. + Comfortable working outdoors in a production and assembly environment. + Proficient in reading a tape measure. Additional Skills & Qualifications + Mechanical aptitude is a must. + Experience with punch presses and metal fabrication is advantageous. + Familiarity with quality tools such as micrometers, calipers, and gauges is a plus. + Experience using drill presses, benders, and saws is beneficial.
