**Job Title:** Construction Laborer – Water Crew **Location:** East Stroudsburg, PA (Primary work in Mount Pocono area) **Employment Type:** Full-Time **About Us:** We are currently working with well-established site work company serving the East Stroudsburg and surrounding areas. Our team specializes in water, sewer, and utility infrastructure projects. We offer steady, year-round work with no layoffs, and a strong team-oriented environment. **Position Overview:** We are seeking a hardworking and dependable Construction Laborer to join our Water Crew. This role involves working outdoors in various conditions, including mud, water, and sewer lines. Candidates must be comfortable getting dirty and working in physically demanding environments. **Key Responsibilities:** + Assist with installation, repair, and maintenance of water and sewer lines + Operate hand and power tools safely and effectively + Perform trenching, pipe laying, and backfilling tasks + Support equipment operators and foremen as needed + Follow safety protocols and company procedures + Be available for on-call duty every other week **Requirements:** + Previous construction or utility work experience preferred but not required + Willingness to work in muddy, wet, and sometimes unsanitary conditions + Ability to lift heavy materials and work on your feet for extended periods + Reliable transportation to job sites in the Mount Pocono area + Must be comfortable with an on-call rotation (every other week) + Strong work ethic and team player attitude **Pay: $20 - $24/hr** **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $32.00/hr.
