We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Laborer to join our team. The primary focus of this role involves assisting in the field installation of metal structures and components, while ensuring safety and professionalism in all interactions. This position demands accuracy in measurements and reliability in attendance, along with the ability to operate company vehicles and equipment.

ResponsibilitiesAssist in the field installation of metal structures and components.Execute all work with safety and professionalism, including interaction with others.Perform accurate measurements within tight tolerances.Maintain dependable attendance and possess necessary hand-tools for general field installations.Operate company vehicles and equipment.Ensure accuracy and attention to detail in all tasks.Exhibit professionalism and accountability in all aspects of work and communication.Travel for out-of-town assignments with provided per-diems and travel accommodations.Work collaboratively as part of a team.Essential Skills2+ years of construction or field installation experience.Experience as a sign installer, installer, electrician, or skilled laborer.Proficiency with hand and power tools.Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.Ability to work at heights and outdoors.Strong desire for growth and learning.Additional Skills & QualificationsDesire to learn steel, electrical, and advanced construction techniques.Ability to grasp new concepts quickly.Why Work Here?Join a supportive and dynamic team that values growth and learning.
