**Job Title: Concrete Laborer** **Job Description** Aerotek is hiring immediately! We are seeking a skilled concrete laborer with at least one year of outdoor construction experience. Applicants should have specific knowledge in caulking, patching, or controlled demolition. The role involves performing deck repairs on garage slabs and connectors for large parking garages, including joint sealant replacement, overhead soffit repairs, caulking, form building, rebar tying, hot apply epoxy, and controlled demolition using chipping guns and jackhammers. This position is full time offering competitive pay and benefits! **Responsibilities** + Perform joint sealant replacement and overhead soffit repairs. + Carry out caulking, form building, and rebar tying. + Apply hot epoxy and conduct controlled demolition using chipping guns and jackhammers. + Utilize hand tools such as 20 oz hammer, pliers, 25’ tape measure, 12” prybar, and speed square effectively. **Essential Skills** + One year of outdoor construction experience in concrete. + Knowledge in caulking, patching, or controlled demolition. + Proficiency in masonry, concrete carpentry, and waterproofing. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + OSHA 10 certification is highly desired upon starting. + Candidates must be willing to obtain an OSHA 10 certification within 10 days of starting. **Why Work Here?** Join one of the largest concrete repair contractors in the country, renowned for their outstanding reputation and expanding presence in the MA, VT, NH, and ME markets.
