Laboratory Technician
Our client, a leading consumer packaging industry is seeking a **Lab Technician** to join their team to support laboratory, pilot plant, and analytical work for innovations, renovations, and operations projects **Job Title: Lab Technician** **Location: Englewood, Cliffs, NJ** **Contract: 6 months** (potential for extension) **Pay Range: $25 - $30** **What’s the Job?** + Keep lab area stocked + Managing sample shipment and product ordering + Preparing for sample production, including weighing raw materials for both lab scale and pilot scale runs + Supporting the team in sample production + Conducting analytical testing, and coordinating and supporting product evaluations **What’s Needed?** + **Minimum one year of lab technician experience** , preferably in Consumer-Packaged Goods + Understanding of and ability to follow laboratory safety procedures and GMP + Ability to work in laboratory and pilot plant environment, which includes being on feet for extended periods of time and may require lifting of bulk items + Ability to perform regular maintenance on laboratory equipment including inspecting, cleaning, and calibrating + Strong data documentation skills, competent in Microsoft Word and Excel, strong attention to detail and ability to work independently + **Proficient in use of analytical testing such as pH, salt, texture, etc.** **What’s in it for me?** + Medical, Dental, Vision, 401k. + Weekly pay with direct deposit. + Consultant Care support. + Free Training to upgrade your skills. + Referral Rewards. + Dedicated Career Partner to help you achieve your career goals.
