Our client, a leading organization in the laboratory services industry, is seeking a Laboratory Technician to join their team. As a Laboratory Technician, you will be part of the production department supporting various teams. The ideal candidate will have strong written and oral communication skills, mathematical proficiency, and the ability to analyze and interpret instructions, which will align successfully in the organization. **Job Title:** Laboratory Technician **Location:** Rocklin, CA **Shift:** 10AM - 6:30PM **Duration:** 6 Months contract **What's the Job?** + Participate in entry-level lab production duties, including filling antibodies, labeling, packaging, and shipping. + Maintain cleanliness and organization in the filling area while practicing sterile techniques. + Assemble and wash dispensers used for product filling and print and apply product labels. + Package products using standardized techniques and maintain inventory in the packaging area. + Process and package orders for shipment, ensuring effective communication with production and customer service departments. **What's Needed?** + High school diploma or equivalent education required. + Minimum of 1 year production experience required. + Experience in an FDA or other regulated industry preferred. + Lean manufacturing and shipping experience preferred. + Proficiency in written and oral communication, as well as basic mathematical skills. **What's in it for me?** + Opportunity to work in a dynamic and supportive team environment. + Gain valuable experience in laboratory production and quality control. + Develop skills in good manufacturing practices (GMP) and good distribution practices (GDP). + Engage in a role that contributes to essential health and safety standards. + Work in a facility that values cleanliness and organization in all operations.
