Laboratory Client Services Representative
**Job Description​** **_Do you have a passion for healthcare and a heart of service? Look no further than Saint Luke's!_** The Lab Client Services Representative will work in the inbound call center. In this role, they will be the primary point of contact for our patients and clients. + Full-time. Hours for this position are Monday - Friday 8:00 am - 4:30 pm + Fully remote, but must live in the Kansas City area + Schedule appointments for all SL outpatient lab locations (Patient Service Centers) + Addresses and documents client and patient inquiries via phone, email, and chat + Follows department protocols for add on testing + Works a queue to resolve specimen issues (this may include problem solving, notifying the client, calling patients for recollection, transcribing orders, etc.) + Fax lab results + Order couriers for specimen pick ups + Uploads patient documents to hospital chart + Escalates unresolved concerns to the SLRL Customer Accounts Manager + Other duties as assigned **Why Saint Luke’s?** + We believe in work/life balance + We are dedicated to innovation and always looking for ways to improve + We believe in creating a collaborative environment where all voices are heard + We are here for you and will support you in achieving your goals **Job Requirements** Applicable Experience: Less than 1 year **Job Details** Full Time Day (United States of America) **_The best place to get care.
