Job Title: Laboratory Administrative Assistant  
Type: Temporary to Permanent

A leading manufacturer of OTC drug products, personal care, pet care, and cosmetic formulation is seeking qualified candidates for a Laboratory & Administrative Assistant position. This role supports daily operations in the organization’s pharmaceutical and personal care manufacturing environment, and ensures accurate testing, compliance with regulatory standards, and smooth laboratory workflow. The assistant works closely with chemists, quality assurance staff, and production teams to maintain high standards of product safety and quality. This opportunity is located in Titusville, FL.

What you will do:

Assist with routine experiments, sample preparation and basic testing under supervision. Maintain cleanliness including washing of lab supplies and organization of lab workspaces, ensuring compliance with safety protocols. Perform routine equipment checks and report maintenance needs. Maintain documentation, logbooks and routine monitoring both digital and physical. Manage inventory of lab supplies and coordinate orders with vendors. Properly dispose of laboratory waste according to safety guidelines. Maintain files, records and documentation, both digital and physical. Assist with preparing reports, presentations and correspondence. Perform other duties as needed or assigned.
What You Bring to the Job: High school diploma required; Science degree – preferred Basic understanding of laboratory safety and scientific terminology. Proficiency with office software. Strong organizational skills, attention to detail and ability to multitask. Effective written and verbal communication skills. Ability to follow instructions and standard operating procedures.
