Job Summary
This position is responsible for ensuring that HR processes align with labor law requirements through training, advisory support, best practices, and internal policies and guidelines. The role aims to enable our internal clients to meet their business objectives while maintaining full legal compliance.
What You Will Do
Develop internal policies and guidelines to ensure compliance with labor legislation.
Standardize HR–Labor processes across Caterpillar plants.
Deliver training on labor-related topics to HR teams and supervisors.
Ensure compliance with current labor regulations and update internal procedures based on legislative changes.
Manage involuntary terminations.
Implement internal policies related to labor relations.
Monitor and track labor legal cases.
Prepare reports and analyses related to work environment and labor relations.
Coordinate activities involving mixed commissions, health and safety committees, profit sharing, and related requirements.
Provide employee support and guidance.
Manage settlement delivery (final pay).
Process weekly incidents for bonus payments.
Conduct onboarding sessions for new hires.
Maintain internal documentation control for disciplinary actions and legal documents.
Liaise with union representatives and manage follow‑up for weekly sessions, meeting minutes, payments, and specific requests.
Required Profile
Bachelor’s degree in Law or related fields.
Minimum of 2 years of experience in labor relations or Human Resources.
Working knowledge: In labor relations, employee relations, disciplinary management, or HR operational roles—preferably in manufacturing, logistics, or highvolume operational environments.
Language: Intermediate English.
Systems: Workday and SAP

Location: Ciénega de Flores, Nuevo León.
Work Model: On-site, Monday to Friday.
Daily shop-floor walks
