Job Summary

This position is responsible for executing and monitoring key labor‑related processes while ensuring full compliance with current labor regulations and internal policies. This role provides guidance to employees, resolves workplace issues, manages disciplinary cases, and maintains an active presence in operational areas. The specialist plays a critical role in fostering a strong organizational culture aligned with the company’s values and supporting daily HR operations with accuracy and professionalism.

What You Will Do

Employee Service Excellence: Provide timely, accurate, and empathetic support to employees regarding attendance, schedules, benefits, and workplace concerns. Manage and resolve payroll clarifications related to incidents, overtime, deductions, and schedule discrepancies. Oversee attendance control, justifications, and compliance on the production floor.  Administer on‑site services such as cafeteria and transportation ensuring service quality and employee satisfaction.

Decision-Making & Critical Thinking: Analyze labor-related data (absenteeism, turnover, disciplinary actions) to identify risks or trends.  Evaluate cases and propose solutions aligned with labor law, internal policies, and operational realities.  Document workflows, disciplinary cases, and incident reports to ensure clarity, traceability, and compliance.  Assess termination processes to ensure a legally sound and risk‑free execution.

Labor Relations & Union Interaction: Address workplace conflicts and employee complaints, ensuring objective investigation and corrective actions.  Prepare and manage disciplinary documentation including administrative warnings. Maintain effective communication with union representatives to address inquiries, resolve concerns, and ensure compliance with agreements.  Keep updated and legally compliant employee files supporting internal and external audits.

HR Operations Execution:  Execute personnel terminations following established processes to mitigate legal risks. Process employee promotions and role changes ensuring accurate system updates and compliance.  Maintain a constant physical presence in operational areas to monitor compliance and provide immediate support.  Support training sessions related to HR processes and systems.  Document and improve operational workflows, SOPs, and dependencies for labor-related processes.

Required Profile

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or related fields.

Languages: Fluent English (essential for oral and written communication).

Working knowledge: In labor relations, employee relations, disciplinary management, or HR operational roles—preferably in manufacturing, logistics, or high‑volume operational environments.

Location: Reynosa, Tamaulipas facility.

Work Model: On site, Thursday to Sunday (7:00 AM – 7:00 PM)
