Description 130,000 - 170,000 Benefits: + Paid Time Off (PTO) + Health Insurance: Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision coverage + Retirement Plans:401(k) + hybrid Responsibilities + Manage day‑to‑day labor relations activities and act as the primary contact for union representatives. + Interpret and administer collective bargaining agreements; provide guidance to leadership on contract language. + Lead grievance investigations, documentation, responses, and resolution steps. + Prepare for and participate in collective bargaining negotiations, including research, costing, and proposal development. + Advise leaders on corrective actions, disciplinary matters, and contract compliance.
