Beacon Hill's client, a national law firm, is seeking an experienced Labor and Employment Attorney to support their team. This role requires someone who is confident advising clients, drafting and updating policies and agreements, and handling research with minimal direction. Candidates must be both located and licensed in Washington. California experience is a plus and may increase weekly hours.

Location: Remote (Candidates must be licensed and located in Washington)Start: ASAPDuration: 6 months with potential extension or conversion (Concurrent employment not permitted)Hours:20-25 hours/week for Washington-only experienceUp to 35-40 hours/week if the candidate also has California experiencePay: $90-$100/hour, depending on experience

Qualifications:

Licensed and in good standing with the Washington State Bar; must reside in Washington7+ years of labor and employment experienceStrong advisory and counseling backgroundExperience drafting and updating L&E policies and agreementsExcellent research and analysis skillsWriting sample required (memo or similar demonstrating legal analysis; pleadings not accepted)

Responsibilities:
