We are seeking a detail-oriented Labeling Technician to prepare, inspect, and apply labels to products in accordance with industry standards, safety requirements, and government regulations. This role plays a critical part in product tracking, safety, quality assurance, and regulatory compliance. The ideal candidate is organized, precise, and comfortable working with labeling equipment in a production environment.
Key ResponsibilitiesPrepare, print, inspect, and apply labels to products and materialsOperate labeling, printing, and scanning equipment to ensure accurate data captureVerify label information, including part numbers, barcodes, dates, and regulatory markingsEnsure all labels meet company quality standards and applicable regulatory requirementsPerform routine quality checks and document results as requiredManage and track labeling materials and supplies to support inventory accuracyMaintain organized records related to labeling, tracking, and complianceIdentify and report labeling errors or discrepancies promptlyMaintain a clean, organized, and safe work areaFollow all safety procedures and wear required personal protective equipment (PPE)Perform additional duties as assigned by supervisorsRequired Skills & QualificationsPrevious experience in labeling, production, manufacturing, or quality support preferredStrong attention to detail and accuracyAbility to read and follow work instructions, specifications, and regulatory requirementsComfortable operating basic machinery, scanners, and computer systemsBasic computer skills for data entry and verificationAbility to work independently and as part of a teamPhysical & Work RequirementsAbility to stand for extended periodsAbility to lift and move materials as requiredComfortable working in a fast-paced, repetitive production environmentWillingness to work overtime or weekends when neededWhy Join Our Team?We offer a stable work environment with opportunities to grow within a well-established organization. This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Ruther Glen, VA.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $18.00 - $23.00/hr.
