**Job Title: Inspector Packer** **Job Description** The Inspector Packer is responsible for visually inspecting manufactured parts coming off the production line for defects, assembling parts as needed, and packaging quality products according to policy, procedures, and ISO 9001 standards. **Responsibilities** + Visually inspect manufactured parts for defects. + Assemble parts as necessary. + Package quality products following established policies and procedures. + Ensure compliance with ISO 9001 standards. **Essential Skills** + Minimum of 3 years of experience in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. + Experience in injection or blow molding is a plus. + Good attendance records and effective problem-solving skills. + Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English. + Knowledge of techniques, tools, machines, equipment, fixtures, and assembly procedures. + Good mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills. + Intermediate computer skills for report generation. + Demonstrated good judgment and decision-making abilities. + Basic math skills, including addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division. + Experience with weigh scales. + Strong teamwork and communication skills. + Physical stamina and strength to stand for 12 hours per shift and lift 15-20 lbs. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Experience with forklift operation, inventory management, RF scanners, packaging, and loading. **Work Environment** The role involves light work, exerting up to 20 pounds of force occasionally and up to 10 pounds frequently. The worker is subject to inside environmental conditions with protection from weather but not temperature changes. The environment may be noisy, requiring shouting to be heard above ambient levels. There are potential hazards such as proximity to moving mechanical parts, vehicles, electrical currents, working at heights, exposure to high heat, and chemicals.
