Label Responsible for New Development

Job Description

We are looking for a Label Responsible with a sharp eye for detail and a passion for packaging to join our New Development team at H&M in Stockholm. 

WHAT YOU’LL DO​
As Label Responsible for New Development, you’ll play a key role in shaping how we develop and deliver packaging across our collections. You’ll be part of a dynamic environment where creativity meets structure, working closely with both internal teams and external partners. Your work will span across strategic planning, innovation, and stakeholder collaboration, always with a strong focus on sustainability and product quality.

Strategic planning, management, and follow-up of the category.Ensure compliance with regulations and drive sustainability efforts aligned with H&M’s packaging strategyDeveloping and ordering items for each collection.Supporting assortment teams and PO merchandisers on label/packaging-related questions.Create placement and stitching instructions, link labels in Castor, and manage visual profiles for each projectCollaborating with shipping teams on care and packing instructions.Manage multiple projects in parallel, coordinating with internal stakeholders and external partners across design, legal, marketing, production, and more

 

WHO YOU ARE​

To succeed in this role, we believe you have:

3+ years of relevant experience, preferably from a similar role Project management experience and skills; Experienced in project management with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.Product development understanding; Experience from product development to ensure product quality is meriting.Attention to detail; Ensuring accuracy in labels and packaging.Regulation knowledge; Familiar with industry-specific standards and compliance.Communication skills; Strong ability to collaborate across departments.Problem-solving mindset: Able to troubleshoot and resolve issues efficiently.Team collaboration; Work effectively in a team setting.Organizational skills; Strong planning and organizational abilities.Sustainability interest: Passion for improving sustainability within your category.Entrepreneurial mindset
