We are seeking a detail-oriented Label Maker responsible for accurately labeling equipment, wires, and components for new equipment installations. The role involves using a labeling machine and software to ensure precise documentation and placement of thousands of labels, meeting company standards.

ResponsibilitiesLabel all equipment, wires, and components on new equipment.Utilize labeling machines and software for accurate documentation.Fill in label information, align and adjust margins, and print labels.Verify the accuracy and placement of labels to meet company standards.Inspect labels for quality and correct any misprints or alignment issues.Essential SkillsProficiency in labeling and understanding schematics.Strong computer skills, including knowledge of MS Word and Excel.Ability to read and understand electrical and mechanical project drawings.Additional Skills & QualificationsPrior electrical wiring experience.Ability to use hand and small power tools effectively.Technical degree or technical school training is a plus.Familiarity with PLCs, Modbus, EGD, solenoid valves, AC and DC relays.Ability to assemble electrical and controls equipment, such as wiring, mechanical, pneumatic piping, racks, HVAC, and lighting.Results-oriented, organized, safety-conscious, and detail-oriented with a positive attitude.Why Work Here?

Work Environment

The role operates on a 1st shift schedule from 7:00 am to 3:30 pm in a nice, smaller, clean, and organized manufacturing facility. Overtime may be required as deadlines approach. The dress code is casual, allowing jeans and a t-shirt.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $23.00/hr.
