Job Title: Label Dispatch Operator 3rd ShiftJob Description

We are seeking a dedicated Label Dispatch Operator for the 3rd shift to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for printing customer-facing labels for regulated products and preparing lot-specific batch records. Working both individually and as part of a team, you will ensure that our products meet or exceed quality specifications. This role requires adherence to standard operating procedures and effective communication to ensure the completion of daily production tasks.

ResponsibilitiesPrint customer-facing labels for regulated products.Prepare lot-specific batch record working individually and as part of a team.Peer review batch record packets and labels.Communicate and interface effectively with work groups.Work in a standard laboratory environment while adhering to specific PPE requirements.Complete company training requirements on time and operate within ISO, GMP, and FDA standards.Maintain high attention to detail and accuracy in performing all functions.Peer review team members' work to catch errors.Collaborate with appropriate parties if discrepancies are found to reduce errors.Ensure readiness to start work on-time daily and maintain strong attendance.Essential SkillsMinimum of 1-2 years related experience with a high school diploma or equivalent.Proven ability to consistently and independently follow policies and procedures.Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, Teams, Outlook, Edge, and Google Chrome.Excellent attention to detail with alpha and numerical text, as well as symbols.Additional Skills & QualificationsExperience in a life science company is preferred.Biology or chemistry background preferred but not required.Previous experience with Bartender Software, Xerox, or Sato printers is preferred.Work Environment

The work environment includes a clean room and an office setting, primarily working at a computer reviewing batch records and creating labels. Physical requirements include the ability to lift up to 40 pounds. The role takes place in a GMP manufacturing environment, requiring adherence to PPE standards including wearing a company-provided hairnet, beard net (if applicable), lab coat, safety glasses, and closed shoes. The shift hours are from 10 pm to 6:30 am.

This is a Contract position based out of Frederick, MD.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $22.05 - $22.05/hr.
