Job Title: Label Dispatch Operator - 2nd Shift

Join our dynamic team as a Label Dispatch Operator during the 2nd shift, where you will play a critical role in ensuring the accuracy and quality of our regulated products. You will work both independently and collaboratively to print customer-facing labels and prepare lot-specific batch records. Adherence to established standard operating procedures and quality specifications is paramount to our operation.

Responsibilities

Print customer-facing labels for regulated products.Prepare and review lot-specific batch records, ensuring compliance with quality specifications.Peer review batch record packets and labels to ensure accuracy.Communicate effectively with team members to complete daily production tasks.Work in a standard laboratory environment while adhering to specific PPE requirements.Complete company training requirements on time and comply with ISO, GMP, and FDA standards.Demonstrate excellent attention to detail in reviewing alpha, numerical text, and symbols.Collaborate with team members to identify and resolve discrepancies.Maintain strong attendance and punctuality.

Essential Skills

Proficiency in labeling software and batch record management.Strong attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks.Experience with Microsoft Office Suite, including Word and Excel.Ability to work independently and consistently follow procedures.Minimum of 1-2 years of related experience with a high school diploma or equivalent.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

Experience in a life science company is preferred.Previous experience with Bartender Software and Xerox printers is advantageous.Biology or chemistry background is a plus, but not required.

Work Environment

The role requires working primarily in a clean room and office setting, focusing on computer-based tasks such as reviewing batch records and creating labels. The position involves occasional lifting of up to 40 pounds. You will work in a GMP manufacturing environment, adhering to PPE requirements that include wearing a company-provided hairnet, beard net (if applicable), lab coat, and safety glasses. Closed shoes are mandatory, and only the neck and face should be exposed.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $21.09 - $21.09/hr.
