Adheres to set objectives and standards. Ordering raw materials, making batches and keeping track of experiments in lab notebook. Specifically, making haircolor batches and performing experiments/controls on batches, which include swatching, viscosity measurements, alkalinity measurements, and others. Performs and tracks stability on all formulas made. Needs to be detailed-oriented. Open communication to bring to the attention of the chemists/manager of any stability issues. Ability to prioritize and demonstrate flexibility. Interface with support groups for testing requests via IT system.
