Lab Technician I – Fiber Optics plays a key role in bringing our projects to life by building and testing fiber optic cables in a hands-on lab environment. This position directly supports our field teams and customers, helping ensure quality, efficiency, and reliable performance every step of the way. You’ll have the opportunity to apply your technical skills to real-world challenges, troubleshoot issues, and be part of a team that values precision, problem-solving, and continuous learning. What You'll Do Identify basic Fiber Optic cables and materialsLearn and perform basic cable buildsFill orders to include spooling fiber cable, kitting materials, assembling basic enclosures, etc.Demonstrate familiarity with recording inventory quantities using Vista and Microsoft ExcelOrganize and document warehouse stock Assist with inventory control
