As a Lab Technician, you’ll be an essential part of our production and quality operations. You’ll work closely with supervisors and cross‑functional teams to ensure devices are processed accurately, safely, and efficiently—all while following our robust quality system standards.

Your day‑to‑day responsibilities will include:

Receiving, inspecting, and documenting soiled products with precisionPerforming lumen clearing on multiple product types, completing an average of 50 devices per dayExecuting critical reprocessing steps such as:Lot number assignmentInitial and secondary decontaminationCoating removalViewFlex Ultra Wet Room activitiesCollaborating with various departments to ensure smooth workflow and communicationMaintaining a clean, organized, and compliant lab workspaceCompleting line clearance, top‑down cleaning, and safety checks as directedAccurately documenting production records—both manually and digitallyTaking on additional projects and responsibilities as assigned by leadership🧠 Skills That Set You Up for Success

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Waterbury, CT.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $17.00 - $19.00/hr.
