This position provides critical support to the Crude Oil Laboratory by performing routine analytical testing and maintaining high standards of data integrity and safety. Responsibilities include:
Conducting routine analyses on crude oil, base oils, lube oils, and petrochemical samples.Accurately entering all results and observations into the laboratory LIMS system.Adhering to all safety procedures and following proper laboratory SOPs.Monitoring and maintaining laboratory inventory to ensure adequate supplies and smooth daily operations.SkillsCore Technical Skills:

A.S. or B.S. in Chemistry, Biology, or a related scientific discipline.Must have completed at least one in‑person laboratory course (preferably chemistry‑focused).Must be able and willing to stand for 12‑hour shifts.Must be able to commit to rotating or extended shift schedules.Must be comfortable working in an oil & gas laboratory environment.Job Type & LocationThis is a Contract to Hire position based out of Pasadena, TX.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $20.00 - $23.00/hr.
