What You’ll Do As a Lab Technician, you’ll be an essential part of our production and quality operations. You’ll work closely with supervisors and cross‑functional teams to ensure devices are processed accurately, safely, and efficiently—all while following our robust quality system standards. Your day‑to‑day responsibilities will include: + Receiving, inspecting, and documenting soiled products with precision + Performing lumen clearing on multiple product types, completing an average of 50 devices per day + Executing critical reprocessing steps such as: + Lot number assignment + Initial and secondary decontamination + Coating removal + ViewFlex Ultra Wet Room activities + Collaborating with various departments to ensure smooth workflow and communication + Maintaining a clean, organized, and compliant lab workspace + Completing line clearance, top‑down cleaning, and safety checks as directed + Accurately documenting production records—both manually and digitally + Taking on additional projects and responsibilities as assigned by leadership Skills That Set You Up for Success We’re looking for someone who values quality, consistency, and teamwork. Ideal candidates bring: + Strong quality control and inspection skills + Knowledge of GMP standards and regulated environments + Hands‑on laboratory or manufacturing experience + Familiarity with medical devices and production processes + Attention to detail and ability to follow documented procedures Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Waterbury, CT. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $17.00 - $19.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
