**Job Title: Lab Technician** **Job Description** Join our team as a Lab Technician, where you will perform routine production duties related to lens production, ensuring high standards of quality, quantity, and efficiency. You will inspect products to ensure they meet specified standards and maintain both written and computer documentation. **Responsibilities** + Perform routine production duties associated with lens production. + Inspect products to ensure compliance with specifications and standards. + Comply with all safety regulations and maintain a clean and safe work environment. + Maintain appropriate written and/or computer documentation. + Participate in departmental meetings to enhance communication and efficiency. + Train peers and be adaptable to different workstations or product lines as needed. **Essential Skills** + High School Diploma or equivalent. + 0-2 years of related experience. + Reliable, honest, and dependable. + Ability to follow directions, both written and verbal. + Customer service mindset. + Ability to sit or stand for prolonged periods. + Capability to perform repetitive movements with upper and lower extremities. + Ability to regularly lift 10 pounds and exert up to 20 PSI with hands. + Sustain lengthy periods of visual concentration with good hand/eye/foot coordination. + Ability to work in a fast-paced, multi-task production environment. + Attention to detail and symmetry. + Solid dexterity and mechanical skills. + Professional demeanor and clear communication skills. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + General office and computer experience. + Patience to fully see tasks through. **Why Work Here?** Experience a great work environment in a clean and climate-controlled lab.
