Lab Technician
Job Description Join our team as a crucial part of the Implementation Project, where you will be responsible for conducting a physical inventory of onsite assets, including lab equipment both large and small. This position involves managing assets across three locations in New Jersey, ensuring accurate tagging and placement. Responsibilities + Conduct physical inventory of lab equipment across three New Jersey locations. + Remove old tags and replace them with new, accurate tags on equipment. + Use an iPad to validate correct tagging and equipment placement. + Adhere to PPE lab protocols, such as prohibiting gum chewing. + Maintain extreme attention to detail, ensuring tags are placed in the exact same location on each piece of equipment. Essential Skills + Experience working in a lab environment. + Laboratory, data entry, and inventory management skills. + Quality control and inventory accuracy abilities. + Extreme attention to detail. Additional Skills & Qualifications + Entry-level college graduates with lab experience or internships. + Strong team player with excellent communication skills. + Ability to proactively seek help and collaborate effectively. Work Environment You will begin working at the Summit, New Jersey location, then move to New Brunswick, and complete your work in Lawrenceville, NJ. Job Type & Location This is a Contract position based out of Summit, NJ. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $25.00/hr.
