Our client, in consumer packaged goods industry is seeking a **Lab Technician** to join their team. The ideal candidate will have lab skills, good communication, and organizational skills which will align successfully in the organization. **Job Title: Lab Technician** **Location: Montvale, NJ** **Pay Rate: $25.00 hourly** **Contract:** **1 MONTH** **What’s the Job?** + Assist with data entry for the new LIMS (Laboratory Information Management System). The system uses the Labware platform. + Responsible for utilizing a Labware LIMS system to print and adhere labels to materials and chemical reagents throughout the site. + Over the course of the contract, the individual will complete the labeling for each lab on site. . + Follow all safety rules and standard operating procedures. **What’s Needed?** + Associate degree in Chemistry or Science related field **- OR -** BS/BA in Chemistry or related field **OR** Current College Student + Understanding of chemical names. + Prior use of Labware LIMS is a plus, but not required. + **Open to current college students** + Organizational, multi-task skills to display a degree of flexibility regarding changing task priorities.
