Our client, a leader in laboratory services, is seeking a Lab Technician 1 to join their team. As a Lab Technician 1, you will be part of the laboratory support team, assisting in maintaining efficient laboratory operations. The ideal candidate will demonstrate attention to detail, strong communication skills, and the ability to work independently, which will align successfully in the organization.

What's the Job?

Retrieve samples from Sample Control for analysis Perform sample preparation including aliquoting, spiking, and preparing reagents Resolve discrepancies and anomalies to ensure proper sample labeling Prepare general lab paperwork such as recording analysis results and tracking samples Wash lab glassware to prepare for the next day's samples

What's Needed?

High school diploma or GED required 0-2 years of relevant experience Basic knowledge of lab testing techniques and equipment Strong verbal and written communication skills Ability to analyze data and accurately document results
