Training: 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM
Post‑Training: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM

About the Role
We are seeking a Production Lab Technician to support the manufacturing of antibody products used in in vitro diagnostic (IVD) immunohistochemistry (IHC). This role is ideal for candidates with hands‑on laboratory or manufacturing experience who thrive in regulated, quality‑driven environments.
Under direct supervision, you’ll perform technical production tasks including filling, labeling, packaging, documentation, SAP transactions, and equipment operation, while adhering to GMP, FDA, ISO 13485, and quality system standards.
What You’ll Do
Perform manufacturing, filling, labeling, and packaging activities according to SOPs
Collect, verify, and document batch record and ERP (SAP) data
Execute aseptic techniques and operate laminar flow workstations
Operate standard lab and automated production equipment (pipettes, pumps, auto‑cappers, labelers)
Apply product labels and ensure product quality and accuracy
Conduct SAP and ERP transactions for production planning and completions
Support investigations (Deviations, CAPAs) and continuous improvement initiatives
Maintain a clean, safe, and compliant production environment (6S/Lean)
Collaborate with Quality, Warehouse, and Manufacturing teams
Assist with training and cross‑functional support as needed
Work occasional overtime or weekends to meet production demands
Work Areas Include
Fill Operations: Aseptic filling, calculations, material measurements, equipment setup
Pack & Assembly: Labeling, kit assembly, automated packaging, inspections
Systems & Planning: SAP/ERP transactions, Excel planning tools, BOM verification
Completions: Finished goods processing, inventory review, compliance checks
Qualifications
Education (Preferred):
Bachelor’s degree preferred
Associate’s degree acceptable
Experience & Skills:
Production, manufacturing, or laboratory experience required
SAP or ERP system experience required
Experience in GMP, FDA‑regulated, biotechnology, or pharmaceutical environments strongly preferred
Knowledge of aseptic technique and product handling
Familiar with quality systems, documentation, and regulated manufacturing
Knowledge & Abilities
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft 365
Comfortable working with data, metrics, and batch records
Ability to multitask, meet deadlines, and work independently
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Ability to lift over 20 lbs and wear required PPE
Safety & Compliance
Work requires PPE due to chemical/substance exposure
Standard physical exam required
Position complies with OSHA, FDA, EPA, and quality system standards
No exposure to blood products, animals, lasers, respirators, or forklifts
