Our client, a scientific manufacturing and testing organization, is seeking a Quality Assurance Technician I to join their team. As a Quality Assurance Technician I, you will be part of the Chemistry Lab Department supporting the Quality and Production teams. The ideal candidate will have attention to detail, strong communication skills, and a willingness to learn, which will align successfully in the organization.
**Job Title:** Quality Assurance Technician I
**Location:** Quincy, WA
**Pay Range:** $18.00–$21.00/hour
**What’s the Job?**
+ Perform sampling, testing, evaluation, and documentation of lab results
+ Operate, maintain, and calibrate lab equipment and instruments
+ Analyze data and participate in process studies and quality improvement efforts
+ Support general quality assurance and prevention activities
+ Collaborate with internal teams to ensure accurate and timely quality reporting
**What’s Needed?**
+ Entry-level experience in a chemistry lab or related science coursework
+ Ability to follow established procedures under close supervision
+ Strong organizational and documentation skills
+ Experience with proprietary data systems (e.g., PLM, EtQ) is a plus
+ Availability to work a 4/10 schedule (Mon–Thurs, 7 AM–5 PM) with possible overtime
