Job Description

We are seeking a detail‑oriented and motivated Laboratory Support Scientist to join our team. In this role, you will provide essential laboratory support, maintain operational efficiency, and help ensure compliance with established quality and safety standards. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to build a strong foundation in a scientific laboratory environment.

Key Responsibilities

Verify data for accuracy and completenessManage samples throughout their lifecycleOrganize and maintain laboratory and chemical inventories, including ordering and restocking suppliesPerform weekly and quarterly laboratory and equipment cleaningsPrepare buffers and other laboratory solutionsCalibrate laboratory equipment and maintain the equipment databaseOperate a wide range of laboratory instrumentsConduct routine safety assessments to support a safe working environmentFollow all applicable GMP guidelines

QualificationsBachelor’s degree in biology, biochemistry, chemistry, or a related scientific discipline, or equivalent directly related experienceStrong computer proficiency, scientific understanding, and organizational skillsExcellent written and verbal communication skills, with a high attention to detailAbility to work both independently and collaboratively; demonstrates self‑motivation, adaptability, and a positive attitudeAbility to learn new techniques, handle multiple tasks simultaneously, maintain accurate records, follow instructions, and comply with company policiesAuthorization to work in the United States indefinitely without restriction or sponsorship

The position is full-time, first shift, Monday through Friday. Candidates must be flexible to adapt to schedule changes requiring shift changes and/or weekend work, and overtime may be required as needed. Candidates living within a commutable distance of Branchburg, New Jersey, are encouraged to apply.
