About the role!
Under general direction, responsible for the development of people, processes, and solutions delivered to the life sciences customers laboratory operations. Serves an account level representative, managing key performance indicators, vendor relationships, and compliance requirements. Oversees account-based issues, including management strategy, client relations, team building, and other key contractual strategies.
**What You’ll Do:**
+ Develops each CBRE Laboratory Solutions offering to include service level agreements, KPIs, guidance documents and/or SOPs; training, qualification, quality, and certification programs; and technology infrastructure to support delivery and supply chain partners and strategy.
+ Participates in the ideation process to develop and test solutions for the future of integrated Lab Services (ILS), collaborating with Marketing, Systems Products, Services, Global Workplace Solutions, and customers.
+ Provides laboratory solutions, consulting with customers, corporate clients, personnel, and branch offices. Provides solution scope and innovation for high level Life Sciences opportunities. Develops the area / site teams to ultimately deliver these capabilities.
+ Facilitates, leads, tracks, and reports the status of solution effectiveness per market, client, and geography.
+ Investigates and develops a differentiated scope of laboratory solutions offerings. Compares the scope of offerings to the industry and maximizes market value through packaging and geographic strength.
+ Applies government regulatory codes to the facility environment needs in order to deliver best in class solutions, including the papers and lectures delivered to the industry professional organizations.
+ Follows S&RS quality plan and leads / integrates the of solution development to the quality manual.
+ Assists the Training department in developing courses that serve MU, sales, and operations.
+ Assist in delivering training of Integrated Lab Services (ILS), regulatory interpretations, and solutions to Customers and GWS personnel.
+ Performs other duties as assigned.
**What You’ll Need:**
+ Bachelor's Degree preferred with 8-12 years of relevant experience. In lieu of a degree, a combination of experience and education will be considered.
+ Experience in the areas of staffing, selection, training, development, coaching, mentoring, measuring, appraising, and rewarding performance and retention is preferred.
+ Ability to lead the exchange of sensitive, complicated, and difficult information, convey performance expectations, and handle problems.
+ Leadership skills to set, lead and achieve targets with a direct impact on multiple departments results within a function.
+ In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products. Examples include Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.
+ Expert organizational skills and an advanced inquisitive mindset.
+ Sophisticated math skills. Ability to calculate mildly complex figures such as percentages, fractions, and other financial-related calculations.

CBRE carefully considers multiple factors to determine compensation, including a candidate’s education, training, and experience. The minimum salary for the Laboratory Service Alliance Director position is $175,000 annually and the maximum salary for the Laboratory Service Alliance Director is $245,000 position is annually. The compensation that is offered to a successful candidate will depend on the candidate’s skills, qualifications, and experience.
