Lab Associate
Job Title: Lab AssociatePosition Summary

We are looking for a reliable and detail‑oriented Lab Associate to support daily operations within our lab. This role is responsible for front‑desk management, supply coordination, and delivering exceptional service to patients and visitors. A foundational understanding of medical terminology and processes is essential for effectively checking patients in and out.

Key ResponsibilitiesServe as the primary point of contact at the lab’s front desk.Manage supply inventory, including ordering and restocking materials as needed.Professionally check patients in and out while ensuring accuracy and efficiency.Provide outstanding customer service to patients, visitors, and staff.Use basic medical knowledge to support patient questions and workflow processes.Essential SkillsStrong customer service and communication abilities.Previous experience in a healthcare or laboratory setting preferred.Additional QualificationsBasic medical knowledge required.Front‑desk or administrative experience is a plus.Work Environment

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Greeneville, TN.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $20.00/hr.
