⭐ About the RoleAs a Lab Assistant, you will play a vital part in supporting a high‑performing team responsible for critical lab functions. Your work will help ensure smooth daily workflow, compliance, and accurate preparation of materials used in pharmaceutical production.

What You’ll DoPrepare vial pans by rinsing with W.F.I. (Water for Injection) and wash vials daily using the Cozzoli GW‑24 Vial Wash UnitAccurately label vial pans with product and batch detailsPrepare media in accordance with manufacturing SOPs and complete required documentationClean laboratory glassware and operate the autoclaveReview equipment logbooks and verify calibration statusSupport general lab operations: restocking, sterilization, material processing, and equipment upkeepParticipate in cross‑training to expand your pharmaceutical lab skill setWhat We’re Looking ForAbility to lift and invert 25‑lb trays repeatedly for short intervalsAbility to read and write in English with strong attention to detailBasic math skillsPrior lab experience is helpful but not required—we provide comprehensive trainingPreferred QualificationsHigh School Diploma or equivalentExperience in laboratory settings, biology, chemistry, or related fieldsFamiliarity with autoclaves, sterilization procedures, or material handlingWork EnvironmentThis is a hands‑on role in a fast‑paced, collaborative pharmaceutical lab. You’ll be active throughout your shift and handle materials regularly, including:
Lifting and flipping 17–21 lb metal trays (up to 50 trays in succession)Cleaning and lifting empty glass carboysHandling raw material trays up to 35 lbsSchedule: Monday–Friday, 10/11 AM – 5/6 PM

Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $19.00 - $19.00/hr.
