Our client, a leading organization in the medical device manufacturing industry, is seeking a Lab Assembler/Operator to join their team. As an Operator, you will be part of the manufacturing support team, contributing to the production of high-quality medical devices. The ideal candidate will demonstrate attention to detail, a positive attitude, and strong communication skills, which will align successfully within the organization.
**Job Title:** Lab Assembler/Operator
**Location:** Plano, TX 75024
**Pay Range:** $18.25
**Shift:** 6:00 AM - 2:30 PM
Monday-Friday
**What's the Job?**
+ Perform assembly, repair, and testing operations on pacemakers, ICDs, leads, and related medical device assemblies
+ Follow standardized procedures to ensure high-quality production
+ Maintain accurate documentation for all manufacturing processes and quality assurance
+ Communicate effectively with team members and management regarding production issues and improvements
+ Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance manufacturing efficiency and quality
**What's Needed?**
+ High school diploma or equivalent required
+ Ability to read, comprehend, and follow written procedures and verbal instructions
+ Basic understanding of electronic data collection systems and computer software
+ Ability to handle small components and parts with precision
+ Strong decision-making skills with minimal supervision
