First Shift Laboratory Analyst
Job Description
The Laboratory Analyst will develop proficiency in the operation and functionality of key analytical laboratory equipment. The role involves collaborating with equipment vendors to commission analytical instruments and ensure compliance with site requirements. Additionally, the analyst will create and update analytical test methods in accordance with established site standards and lead assigned analytical laboratory projects to support operational and continuous-improvement objectives.

Minimum of one year of experience in an analytical or manufacturing laboratory environment.Strong communication and organizational skills.Additional Skills & Qualifications
Experience with laboratory equipment commissioning, including setup, verification, documentation, and readiness for routine use.Experience developing or refining analytical test methods ensuring accuracy, repeatability, and alignment with laboratory standards.Familiarity with GMP rules and regulations, with the ability to follow compliance requirements and maintain proper documentation.Demonstrated ability to lead a team and drive projects to completion through planning, coordination, and effective execution.Job Type & LocationThis is a Contract position based out of Cordova, IL.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $21.00 - $26.00/hr.
