**Job Title: KYC Analyst** **Location:** Onsite – Fort Lauderdale, FL 33316 **Pay Rate:** $24/hr (W2) **Job Summary:** We are seeking detail-oriented and experienced **KYC Analysts (Makers)** to conduct comprehensive Know Your Customer (KYC) reviews. This role is crucial in supporting our compliance operations by verifying customer identities, performing due diligence, and ensuring all documentation meets regulatory standards. Ideal candidates will bring 2–4 years of relevant KYC experience, preferably within financial services. **Key Responsibilities:** + **Document Collection & Verification:** Gather, review, and verify customer documentation in alignment with KYC policy requirements. + **Data Validation:** Accurately input and validate customer information to ensure compliance with regulatory standards. + **Risk Assessment:** Perform initial risk classification and document rationale in accordance with CDD/EDD protocols. + **Customer Due Diligence (CDD):** Execute both CDD and Enhanced Due Diligence (EDD) procedures for varying customer risk levels. + **Team Collaboration:** Partner with KYC Checkers (QC) to resolve discrepancies and ensure timely file completion. + **Regulatory Compliance:** Maintain compliance with internal policies and current AML/KYC regulatory guidelines. **Qualifications:** + **Experience:** 2–4 years of hands-on experience in KYC operations or financial compliance roles. + **Knowledge:** Strong familiarity with AML, KYC, and regulatory compliance requirements. + **Skills:** Exceptional attention to detail, organizational capabilities, and ability to meet deadlines under pressure. + **Communication:** Strong written and verbal communication skills for effective internal coordination.
