As a KYC Middle Office Analyst within the Global Corporate Banking (GCB) Middle Office Team, you will be the single point of contact and subject matter expert for onboarding new customers and managing KYC records renewals. Aligned with a designated Front Office team, you will facilitate KYC execution across all teams, ensuring an exceptional client onboarding experience. Your role requires building strong relationships with internal and external customers, managing expectations, and providing timely updates on onboarding progress.
Job responsibilities
Support the KYC team for CIB GCB by ensuring timely and accurate client onboarding, periodic reviews, and remediation activities Works with Client and Front Office teams to obtain necessary supporting evidence for KYC due diligenceManages the KYC book of work for your designated Front Office sub-Line of Business, prioritizing active requests and providing status updatesBuilds and develops strong partnerships, identifying challenges and eliminating roadblocks with all internal partners. Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance KYC processes, focusing on efficiency and accuracyAssist in the adoption of AI, machine learning, and automation to improve KYC processes and digital client journeysWork with technology teams to help design and implement digital solutions that enhance client experience and operational effectivenessSupport initiatives to streamline and digitize client onboarding and lifecycle management, aiming for a seamless and client-centric experienceAnalyze client feedback and process data to help identify pain points and suggest improvementsBuild and maintain effective relationships with front office, compliance, technology, and external partnersCollaborate with team members to foster a culture of innovation and high performanceRequired qualifications, capabilities and skills
Experience in KYC, client onboarding, middle office, or similar roles within financial servicesDemonstrated ability to support complex operational processesUnderstanding of KYC regulations, operational risk, and compliance requirementsFamiliarity with AI/ML technologies, digital platforms, and data analytics toolsStrong stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate across functionsInterest in innovation and digital transformationStrong problem-solving skills and attention to detailAbility to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environmentPreferred qualifications, capabilities and skills
