How will you make an impact in this role?

This role primarily involves managing and conducting daily quality assurance activities for merchant onboarding. The successful candidate will support the business in building and maintaining a streamlined operational process, workflow, and service level within Global Merchant & Network Service Taiwan, particularly in relation to merchant onboarding. The role requires ensuring compliance with various regulations and internal policies, such as GMAP, AML, JCIC, and PDPA, and involves joint procedures between AMEX and NCCC.

Responsible for “Merchant on Boarding” process such as managing Merchant Card Acceptance Form (MCAF), conducting daily Know Your Customer (KYC) and Anti-Money Laundering “AML” activities such as: “identify article of incorporation”, “bear share”, “Beneficial Owner”, conduct HRSAR and Sanction Screening for PEP/RCA/SAR.  …etc.Manage/monitor/conduct activities to assure all programs and activities adhere to regulations, policies, and relevant guidelines.Report any exceptional cases for further review.Responsible for maintaining and optimizing a robust plan and process for Know Your Customer (KYC) and merchant on boarding process between GMS and NCCC.Respond to the requests and queries where merchant on boarding is related.Assist on leading various projects to build a robust operational environment to support coverage growth initiatives.

Minimum Qualifications

University graduated or above.2 – 3 years working experience in financial industryAble to run the business independently.Sales support or customer dealing experience will be a plus.Computer skill (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Chinese typing twenty words / minute above)Able to communicate with colleagues in English.Effective communication skillInitiative-taking to achieve the goal.
