**Job Title:** KYC QC (Checker) **Location:** Onsite – Milwaukee, WI (100 Manpower Pl., Milwaukee, WI 53212) **Job Summary:** We are hiring experienced KYC QC professionals (Checkers) to provide quality control oversight on Know Your Customer (KYC) documentation. This role requires exceptional attention to detail, strong analytical skills, and a solid understanding of AML/KYC regulations to ensure accuracy and adherence to TD Bank’s compliance standards. **Key Responsibilities:** + **Quality Control of KYC Files:** Review and validate files for accuracy, completeness, and regulatory compliance. + **Regulatory Compliance:** Ensure risk classification, customer data, and account documentation meet required standards. + **Error Identification & Resolution:** Detect errors or missing information and coordinate timely corrections. + **Stakeholder Collaboration:** Work closely with KYC Makers to resolve discrepancies and provide process guidance. + **Reporting:** Document findings, track compliance metrics, and support continuous process improvement. **Qualifications:** + **Experience:** 4+ years of KYC review experience with a deep understanding of AML/KYC frameworks. + **QC Background:** Prior experience as a KYC Checker or in a QC-focused role is required. + **Skills:** Strong attention to detail, critical thinking, and regulatory knowledge. + **Communication:** Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to guide and align with analysts. + **Location Requirement:** This is a fully onsite role in Milwaukee, WI. **Ideal Candidate:** An experienced compliance professional with proven expertise in KYC quality assurance and a track record of maintaining high standards of accuracy and regulatory alignment.
