Our Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A) teams are responsible for a wide range of activities including forecasting and budgeting, analysis of financial/business metrics, delivery of weekly/monthly/quarterly management reporting, development of new reporting capabilities (e.g. dashboards), and advising the line of business on product performance.
As a Finance Vice President on the Global Corporate Banking (GCB) team you will be responsible for developing and managing KPIs, conducting product analysis focused on Payments and Lending, and delivering executive-level reporting to support business performance and decision-making.
Job responsibilities:
Develop, refine, and maintain key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure and articulate performance across global segments within the Global Corporate Banking (GCB) teamConduct in-depth product analytics (focused on Payments and Lending), including regional and segment-level analysis to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for growthCollaborate with GCB segment FP&A leads, Commercial & Investment Banking (CIB) product P&A partners, and Business Management to support budgeting, forecasting, and strategic planning for GCB Payments and Lending products, ensuring accuracy, transparency, and alignment with business objectivesPrepare and deliver executive-level presentations and reports, translating complex data into clear, actionable insights for senior managementDrive continuous improvement in reporting processes and analytical methodologies to enhance decision-making Lead monthly and quarterly product performance reviews, ensuring timely and accurate communication of results and trends to senior leadership.Build strong relationships with global stakeholders, facilitating cross-functional collaboration and alignment on business objectivesRequired qualifications, capabilities and skills:
7+ years of work experience in Finance or consultingBachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or other analytics focused majorAdvanced skills in Excel and PowerPointStrong financial analysis, budgeting, and forecasting capabilities, with experience in product performance evaluationExceptional presentation and storytelling skills, with the ability to distill complex data into clear, compelling narratives for senior leadershipAdvanced analytical and problem-solving skills with proficiency in data visualizationExcellent communication and relationship-building abilities, comfortable working with senior level stakeholders and cross-functional teamsSelf-starter with a proactive approach, able to manage multiple priorities and drive initiatives independentlyIntegrity in handling sensitive and confidential informationCollaborative team player with the ability to be respected as a trusted partner for the Business and Finance Teams
