Duluth law firm is seeking a Korean-speaking real estate paralegal who will manage residential and commercial real estate transactions. This is a permanent, direct-hire position in a firm that offers outstanding benefits, generous PTO, and a wonderful work culture.

Candidates must have at least two years of experience as a Closing Paralegal. Fluency in the Korean language is required. We are looking for a self-starter with a solid understanding of residential and, ideally, some commercial real estate transactions who can multitask and manage critical deadlines. Responsibilities will include:

Performing pre-closing dutiesDrafting, reviewing, and editing loan documents for real estate closingsPerforming title and survey review and preparing title commitments and title proformasCommunicating with all involved parties to obtain necessary information and updating them regarding status of closings
